At PUNIVERSE LTD (trading as Puniverse, company number 15999087), we respect your right to control your personal data under the UK and EU GDPR. You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time — including any data collected when you sign in or create an account using Facebook Login or other third-party logins.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email us with the details below:

  • Emailprivacy@puniverse.net (Data Protection Officer: dpo@puniverse.net)
  • Subject lineData Deletion Request

Your email should include:

  • The account name, email address, or Facebook account associated with your login.
  • A brief statement confirming you wish to have your account data deleted.

What Happens Next

  1. We verify your identity and ownership of the account.
  2. Your account data and any associated information are permanently deleted within 30 days.
  3. You receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Note: transaction and accounting records may be retained for up to seven years where required by UK tax and legal obligations, after which they are deleted.

Alternative: Remove via Facebook

If you connected with Facebook Login, you can also revoke our access directly:

  • Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Logged in with Facebook.
  • Find Puniverse and select Remove to disconnect and delete associated permissions.
